2a. For returning players: quick list of removed or obsolete features

Last modified date

– Kilos was the previous main equipment set and is being phased out and replaced by Ancient in 99 cap. The only way to get Kilos armor now is through (early!) chapters of the Main Quest. The necessity of Kilos in Frozen World content has been replaced by the Frozen Talisman.

– Vibrant Heraldries and Talismans are outclassed by their Eternal counterparts. You should switch them out as soon as you can.

– Loading screen tips are outdated and I will complain about it until they update it or I die

– Garden of Time and Space (the map is still accessible solely for quests, nest portals are now scattered across the world)

– Gates of Darkness (map also accessible for quests, otherwise hosts no content right now)

– Hero’s Battlefield

– Hero’s Fellowship/Morbius (replaced by Fission Maze)

– Minotaur Nest, Apocalypse Nest, Green Dragon Nest (he went bald, presumably), Red Dragon Nest, Ice Dragon Nest, Rune Dragon Nest are currently not in the game

– Board quests (both the old quests and new missions system, now replaced by Lucky Zone)

– Potential codes and suffixes (if you were still using them before leaving you’re certified old)

– Goddess Teardrops and all similar orbs

– Alliance Store (NPC Fondness still exists but no Alliance Points, Alliance Badges are now collection item)

– DMC

– Previous Dragon Jade and Talisman systems involving Mid/High Grade

– Vibrant Dragon Jade (replaced by Lunar Eclipse Dragon Jade)

– The Guide, Minos, Skila equipment

– Channel EXP bonus (you get so much EXP from main quest now that there’s no necessity for most EXP boosts)

– Cash rewards after usage of Magnifying Glass (this was removed presumably after Cherry Credits’ departure, now the Magnifying Glass can be obtained through gameplay and only reveals mystery end dungeon chests)

– Class priority loot (new players might confuse this as certain classes having better luck with rare drops, but it’s not. This option exists for the Mace drop to go to the Cleric instead of the Archer for example, and the current game has very few instances of this, as actual loot drops are general all class armor and smithing materials)
