While information is still accurate, this item and the upgrade process is not relevant. Please skip to Eternal Heraldry instead.
You can obtain Normal and Magic grade Vibrant Heraldries from any Priestess of Darkness’ Stage Store.

A Magic grade Vibrant Heraldry can be evolved to Rare grade using a Rare Hakyul’s Flowering Stamp, and then Rare grade Heraldry can be evolved to Epic using an Epic Flowering Stamp. Each evolution will add another random extra stat (that may or may not stack with the bonus stat pre-evolution). Normal grade Vibrant Heraldries (named Germinant Heraldries) cannot be evolved.

Rare and Epic Stamps are given out by the Guide and can sometimes drop from LZ boss or chest.
However, because Ancient armor gives a nerf to Critical (as well as stat deduction from higher LB floors), it’s recommended to switch these Heraldries out for new drops that have extra Critical stats, and then evolve them for a chance at more Critical.

You’re more likely to encounter Eternal Heraldry before going through this process though.
The only Vibrant Heraldries that arrive in Plate form are Combined Attack, Combined Defense, and Ultimate (Final Damage) Heraldries. They can be obtained at a chance from Stage Shop’s Vibrant Heraldry pouches, and can only be evolved using Legend grade Flowering Stamps. Just like other Vibrant Heraldries, random stats will be added upon crafting and evolution.

Combined Attack and Defense Heraldries occupy a different slot from Destruction/Magic/Iron Wall/Tent of Heraldries, so they’re like getting an extra slot of ATK/DEF stats. Reaching Hero level 20 and learning your Hero skill will reward you with a Combined Attack and a Combined Defense plate from the Guide. See <link pending>.
Clearing the Cerberus Beginner Nest mission in the Guide will reward you with a Rare grade Heraldry with 10000 Critical. This Heraldry is unique to the Guide and can’t be evolved. It also occupies its own slot, irreplaceable by any known Heraldry.
Gilded Vibrant Heraldries offer Final Damage bonus (out of the gate in Magic grade, as opposed to evolution bonus) in addition to their central stats. They can sometimes be obtained in Rift in Red Lotus Palace.

Once you can clear the Dimensional Rift and have access to Eternal Heraldries, it’s recommended to switch to them instead. (Unless your Vibrant Heraldry has high Final Damage.)
